Consumers who purchased the La Bella Extreme Sport Gel after March 5th, please follow these steps:
1. Review the code on the bottom of your bottle. If it contains the following numbers: 19057B, 19072C, 19072E or 19072G it may be contaminated. If your bottle does not contain these numbers, it is safe to use.
2. Take a photo of the bottom of the bottle, along with your receipt of purchase, if available, and email the information to labellaextremesport@thevillagecompany.com for a free product coupon or refund.
3. Immediately discard or return to The Village Company at the address below. If you discard, please send us a message at labellaextremesport@thevillagecompany.com with the date you discarded the product. Do not continue use. If you discard the product, throw away in the trash; do not recycle or pour contents out.
